He previously served in the AHFD position of Vice President, Project Management, and has been personally responsible for directing the design and construction process on more than 125 hospital projects ranging in value from $350,000 to $120 million. Under Mr. Hill’s leadership, AHFD provides senior level hands-on project management services for their clients. Clients perceive AHFD as an extension of their professional management team with specific expertise in project management. He places special emphasis on risk management, process development and team building to facilitate an environment in which project team members performs their job efficiently. This greatly increases the probability of producing a project within the client’s desired schedule and budget. “No two clients are alike.
