When Wuesthoff Health Systems wanted to expand their market, their plan was to build a new facility in Melbourn. They established a very aggressive time line and searched for a firm to lead the project. AHFD was selected due our confidence and success in the Partnering strategy that is utilized. After assembling a competent project team, AHFD kept the group focused to reach the owner's goals and objectives. The result was a beautiful facility that was
completed thirty days ahead of schedule and $1.8 million under budget.
Designed with expansion in mind, the facility chassis was built preparing for the addition of two floors to accommodate growth and demand for inpatient beds.
